Our Accelerator is designed to kickstart teens straight into real professional experiences—no busywork, no “pretend projects,” just the real deal.


How it works…

  • Students who complete the innovation certificate program are given the option to sign up for our internship accelerator. (You must complete the innovation certificate program, but you can sign up for the internship accelerator as often as you’d like.)

  • Teen enrolls and payment is made.

  • They are assigned a d.tech career coach.

  • They are assigned a team.

  • They are assigned a project and an industry mentor.

  • The magic happens as students are surprised by the level of responsibility they are given and industry mentors are amazed by the skills the students bring to the project!
