Colleen Cassity

Vice President of Oracle Social Impact and Executive Director of the Oracle Education Foundation

As vice president of Oracle Social Impact, Colleen Cassity oversees Oracle’s giving and volunteering programs that donate money, technology, time, and skills to nonprofits worldwide to advance Education, protect the Environment, strengthen Communities, and promote Health. Her team produces the Oracle Social Impact Report, which shares stories about lives transformed by Oracle philanthropy.

In her role as executive director of the nonprofit Oracle Education Foundation, Colleen and the Foundation’s educators help students learn tech skills, plus design thinking and futures thinking—skills that ready them to solve problems and make a better future. The Foundation works with d.tech, which Colleen helped bring to Oracle’s campus, as well as Eastside, the Ann Richards School, Guadalupe Center High School, and JA Americas.

Prior to Oracle, Colleen helped build Juma Ventures, a national model for improving the life prospects of low-income, high-risk youth. She was named one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business by the San Francisco Business Times in 2019. She’s an aviatrix, an equestrienne, and a poet.
